Notes

  1. To conclude an agreement one should come to the office of the company at the address 3/5, Voskresenska str. One should have his/her passport, Identification code and money for connection to the network (advance for the services).
  2. Connection of the house with fewer than 4 apartments is carried out on special terms which you can find out, if you call to our office.
  3. If a user wants to connect an additional computer, a telephone or a tablet etc. it is recommended to use a wireless router.

Additional information on tariffs

1. Every tariff package is provided with a real (public) dynamic IP-address. The real (public) static IP-address service is available in the packages with the user charge not lower than 69 hryvnia per month, service fee is 24 hryvnias per month.

2. You can change your traffic package:

  • in your Personal account in the section Service setting;
  • if you apply in the section Applications;
  • At the office; service charge makes up 10 hryvnia (you should have the identification card with you).

Changes come into effect next day. You have to re-set up the router or re-connect to the Internet.

3. Change for the package with the user charge, higher than the previous one is free of charge. The cost of change for the package with a lower user charge figures up 50 hryvnias.

4. The actual current speed may vary depending on technical capability of the User connection line.

 

A reward for advising connection to the Technical Centre Radio Systems Ltd. Internet network

Our subscribers can obtain a reward for advising connection to the Technical Centre Radio Systems Ltd. Internet network.

The reward makes up: *
- 10% of the new subscriber’s first payment;
- 4% of all following payments in the course of year.
* max 50 UAH

For this, the name or the personal account number of the subscriber who advised the company should be given while signing a connection agreement with a new subscriber.
