Step 1
Press the button Start -> Control Panel
Step 2
In the section Network and Internet choose the point View network status and tasks
Step 3
Point and click Set up a new connection or network.
Step 4
Choose Connect to the Internet Set up a wireless, broadband, or dial-up connection to the Internet and click Next.
Step 5
Choose Broadband (PPPoE).
Step 6
Type the username (i.e. login) and the password indicated in your services agreement. Type RS in the field Connection name and tick off Remember this password and click Connect.
Step 7
For further access to the Internet left-click the computer icon in the right bottom corner. Choose RS and click Connect.
