Telephone installation charge

Providing VoIP service (voice over IP or IP-telephony) — conversation on the phone over the Internet network with the help of Internet protocol.

IP-telephony installation charge
Installation of the IP-telephony adaptor (router + 2 telephone lines) 1400 hryvnia

For telephone subscribers Internet services are provided in two variants (at subscriber’s option):

  1. Digital exchange subscribers of Technical Centre Radio Systems Ltd. have the possibility to use the existing telephone line to access the Internet according to the ADSL technology where conventional subscriber telephone lines are used for simultaneous access to telephone network and broadband data transfer. The telephone line is free while using the Internet.
  2. With the DialUp technology by-the-minute pay is charged (it is included into monthly telephone bills). Access number: 555, user name: internet, password: internet (while the Internet is used, the telephone line is busy).

 

Phone call tariffs
Phone call tariffs are fixed and changed according to the decision of the National Commission which carries out government control in the sphere of communication and information systems development.

Subscriber fee covers 600 minutes of local phone calls.
Tariff time measurement unit — 1 second. For convenience the service fee is counted per minute of local call.
Tariffs imposed on nonresidential premises owned by individuals equal the tariffs for corporate bodies.

Long-distance and international communications services

Long-distance and international communications services are provided according to the tariffs shown on the web site www.rs.net.ua.
It is necessary to dial up:
- for long-distance calls: 0-0 - country code - area code or code of the mobile operator - phone number;
- for calls within Ukraine: 0 - area code or code of the mobile operator - phone number.

We imposed tariffs on additional operations and services which are valid on the day of order of these operations or services.
